Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Ordrobe.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 7-day refund and return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return, please email us at Support@ordrobe.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the item.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If the item meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
If you prefer to exchange the item, please indicate this in your return email. We will send the replacement item to you once we receive the returned item.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exceptions to our refund and return policy include:
